COURSE DESCRIPTION

 

This course focuses on designing small scale buildings especially residential projects. It defines the types of the residential buildings. It also focuses on the public buildings that are related to residential projects, i.e. kindergartens, schools and small hotels.

 

INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES

After completing this course students should be able to:

 

·        To be able to conduct site analysis

·        To develop a creative conceptual thinking

·        To be able to solve different problems regarding architectural design

·        To be able to analyze and understand the architectural projects and define their strengths and weaknesses
