It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to welcome you at to the
College of Engineering
and Technology (CET) at the PPU, where knowledge is transformed to students on the
way of becoming productive engineers. As our world becomes more technologically
driven, the need for
engineers and engineering products has become more and more
critical.
Our prospective goal is to engage our students and staff in research and community extension services that have impact
on the socio-economic development on
Palestine
and the region. The departments of
the college are ever expanding and forming new national and international collaborations.
We are seeking to make bold efforts to enhance the research culture of the college, continuously
upgrading teaching and research infrastructure and engaging college staff
in community activities.
Our programs are carefully designed to prepare our students
to successfully enter the engineering professions and become responsible and effective members in the society in addition to developing them on the personal
and professional level.
College of Engineering
and Technology has a strong reputation in the
academic excellence among its national
peers. The reason can be attributed to our innovative leadership in engineering
education and to our distinguished students who acquire knowledge theoretically
and
learn how to apply it in practice.
Finally, as we continue to strive for excellence across
