The main objectives of the Curricula and Student Transfer Committee is to tune the
curricula and study plans at the college of enginering and technology to meet the
local and global markets requirements and the international standards.

Activities:

Revise and modify the curricula for all engineering
programs
at PPU.
-
Supervise opening new engineering programs according to the
technical needs of the local market.

Update the study plans and the course descriptions with their
co-requisites and pre-requisites according to the market needs and the feedback
from the industry.

Prepare the material concerning the curricula for the annual
university guide.
-
Determine the courses and the number of credit hours that
can be credited for the transferred students according to the PPU rules.

Current and Future Plans
:

-
To adopt 160 credit hours for all engineering programs instead
of 170 applied now.
-
To review and update the curricula and study plans periodically
to meet the international standards and market needs.

To revise and credit the new engineering programs launched
at the engineering departments.
